Cost NOT Included

  • Indiana Nurse Aide Competency Exam - Combined Exam: $100

    • Fees are paid separately to the testing provider - Ivy Tech Community College

  • Required pre-enrollment screening costs

    • TB Test, Drug Screening, Vaccines - Costs are set by individual healthcare providers.

Simple Payment Plan

  • At Enrollment - $200

    Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee is required to RESERVE A SEAT in an upcoming cohort. This deposit is applied toward the student’s total tuition balance and confirms official enrollment in the program.

  • Week 1 - $350

    Payment is due at the start of the first week. Understand that failure to meet financial obligations may impact continued enrollment and eligibility for program completion documentation

  • Week 3 - $350

    Payment is due at the start of the third week. Understand that failure to meet financial obligations may impact continued enrollment and eligibility for program completion documentation

  • Week 5 - $300

    Payment is due at the start of the fifth week. Understand that failure to meet financial obligations may impact continued enrollment and eligibility for program completion documentation
