Your healthcare career begins with preparation, support, and clear expectations. At Mocha Roots, our mandatory Enrollment Session gives CNA program applicants an opportunity to learn about the training experience, review program expectations, ask questions, and prepare for the next steps toward enrollment.
Your Path to Enrollment

Must be 18 years or older
No high school diploma or GED required.
No prior healthcare experience needed

1. Submit Your Application
Complete the online CNA program application to get started. Once your application is on file, you can attend the mandatory Enrollment Session and take the next steps toward reserving your seat.

2. Attend Mandatory Enrollment Session
Complete your pre-admission assessment, review the Student Handbook and program expectations, and get answers to your questions. You’ll also receive instructions for required screenings and pay the $200 enrollment fee toward your tuition to reserve your seat.

3. Complete Admission Requirements
Complete your background check, drug screen, TB screening, and any remaining documents by the deadlines provided during your Enrollment Session. We’ll review your results and documentation to confirm that you’re ready to begin training.

4. Receive Enrollment Confirmation
Once all admission requirements are met, you’ll receive an email confirming your enrollment and outlining what you need for your first day.

5. Start Your Healthcare Journey
Begin your CNA training with classroom learning, hands-on skills practice, and supervised clinical experience as you prepare for the Indiana nurse aide competency exam.
